Their website primarily serves as a battery finder for customers, and as a portal for partner businesses. Additionally, partners will use it to
They needed me to help identify how they were getting traffic to their site, what traffic was valuable, and the keywords they’re ranking for.
I set up GSC to see what keywords they were ranking for. This is data straight from Google, so it’s as valuable as it gets. Then, I set up GA4 through GTM on the Baterias Mac website. I linked both accounts together so we could see what searches we were ranking for and how they were turning into conversions.
I set up tracking for the battery finder interactions, the retail finder, and other key actions on the site. We also needed to set up funnels to see where people were dropping off.
The dashboards were made for leadership and marketing so they could best see what was working and what wasn’t. They needed to see which traffic sources were driving the most sales, what keywords were the most valuable to the business, and what retailers were getting the most traffic.
I helped Bateias Mac find and fix technical SEO issues. I trained the team on how to optimize images, improve loading speed, follow semantic HTML, and optimize for core web vitals.
